Croeso i / Welcome to Cefn Saeson School  
 
Thank you for showing interest in our school.
Cefn Saeson is a popular and well established school whose aim is to expect and celebrate our many successes.  We are very proud to serve the communities of Cimla, Tonmawr, Pontrhydyfen, Tonna and parts of Neath, and we welcome preferred placements from outside our main catchment area. 
 
Our academic success and extra-curricular opportunities are well documented in our recent inspection report, and even more, our Welsh Government Banding position has been in the top two bands (of 5) in both of the past two years.
 
Our success is attributed to many factors, but in particular the hard work of dedicated staff and pupils, and the excellent relationships fostered by all concerned.  A regular programme of parents’ evenings, open evenings, including music and drama performances enhance our close partnership with our wider community.

2012 GCSE Certificates are now available for collection. 
Pupils must collect them in person.
If you wish a third party to collect your certificate, written authorisation must be provided.
